The construction of a new multi-purpose church building at Peniel is well on the way. On Monday, May 19, 2014, the ATCO concrete trucks began to arrive after 7:00 am to pour concrete for the foundation. Praise the LORD! What a joy to see the various hands of the Peniel saints at work! Hallelujah!
UPDATE NOVEMBER 2014: Yes, the concrete floor has been fully poured. Hallelujah! Thanks to you, our friends, for your giving and your prayers. We are truly grateful, and want to say a special “Thank you” to all of you. May our Lord continue to shower you with His grace, mercy, and love.
UPDATE JUNE 2016: The cement trucks began to arrive and poured a total 23 m3 of B-25 concrete mix into the 6″ ICF panels. The area poured included the middle part of the building first floor (6 rows of ICF panels; total of 9 feet high and 240 feet long. Thank you Lord! What a blessing! Hallelujah!
UPDATE JULY 2018: The new building is still not 100% complete, and as a result the work inside continues. There have been several delays, but Glory to God, we are well on the way. Please continue to pray for us as we use this new building to glorify Christ, reach many more with the Good News of Jesus Christ, and edify the believers. Thanks again for all your help and encouragement.
